The BBC don't seem to be pushing H2G2 that much - there is no link from the front page, for instance. I only found the site through previous knowledge, and I wonder how many people who are not fans of DNAs work stumble across it. Are there any plans for a link on the BBC Online front page, or their drop down menus?

Hopefully, but I can't be more specific until those plans are concrete.
I'm certainly pushing for it, but it's still difficult for the BBC to get their head around h2g2:
BBC: Are you a guide book?
h2g2: Yes
BBC: Are you a web community?
h2g2: Yes
BBC: So, are you a bulletin board?
h2g2: Yes.
BBC: But you're also a guide?
h2g2: Yes.
BBC: Are you going to say 'yes' to everything I ask?
h2g2: Yes.
BBC: Wibble
I'm joking, of course, but it *is* difficult to categorise h2g2...

Then how about a link to h2g2 that says, 'For anything else you can think of not listed here, go to...'
