Yep, the gotta-have item on every country’s shopping list. It's really only a matter of time before somebody, somewhere, lets one off in a crowded room, then someone else lets one off in the kitchen in retaliation, and then everyone’s at it, and then the whole world goes pear-shaped (which will be very bad for orbital spin).
Only one town in the whole world has taken this threat seriously: Chico, California has passed a law that carries a fine of up to $500 for setting off a nuclear weapon within the city limits.
