Egad, but Siegen is a boring place. There's boring, and then there's Siegen. Ugly too. (but the forest is nice)

Well... you're right, I guess. Siegen *is* boring, as a city and cultural (ahem) centre. Now that I live near Cologne, I wouldn't like to go back.
And you're right about the forest. I recommend a stroll through the woodland in autumn, on the search for mushrooms
