To improve the cabinet on the cultural side, I suggest you install my modest self as Minister of Groovy Basslines.
I am convinced that any member of our H2G2 community can seriously improve their life by playing (or, when both the skill and the instrument lacks, humming) a Groovy Bassline every day, right after breakfast.
