Can I change my Ministership again?

Evilness just isn't working out so well any more, and I've got all those thousands of penguin mages wandering around back at the Ministry, so I thought a simple rename of the Ministry to the Ministry of Magecraft would do rather nicely... so therefore I would like to become Minister for Magecraft, if that would be permitted.
And if it wouldn't, I'll send the penguins to convince you otherwise. They're still totally lacking in any kind of morals whatsoever...
