I've added most of those bits, Al, though I'm trying to keep the individual species briefs fairly short in order to keep from rambling too much. Please feel free to check those areas in case I've missed anything you think is key
Thanks for this; I've added an 'Additional Research by' credit in your name, hope this is ok

SR (I just happened to have a file of 'Bats' notes which I compiled to help with my teaching a few years ago ).

I had no idea there were so many types of bat in the UK - good entry
exhilirating sights --> exhilarating
extremely manoeverable / incredibly manoeverable --> manoeuvrable
recognised as a seperate species --> separate
Reknowned for its feeding habits --> Renowned
'uncommon',and --> (missed out a space)
particularly noticable for its long ears --> noticeable

Hi, Skankyrich!
This looks great--your style is highly readable, and, while you manage to get a large amount of information in, it's still very approachable and lively.
I'm curious--is there any particular reason for the order in which you deal with the bat species?
One small point: in the two semi-headers:
Pipistrellus pygmaeus and pipistrellus nathusii
and
Plecotus auritus and plecotus austriacus
I think you need to put the seconpipistrellus nathusiid species nam in each case a capital letter: 'Pipistrellus nathusii' and 'Plecotus austriacus'. Shouldn't the word 'and' in each line also be in normal font, not italics?

Sorry, I somehow mangled a cut-and-paste there!
I think you need to put the second species name in each case with a capital letter: 'Pipistrellus nathusii' and 'Plecotus austriacus'.

oh this is lovely, I love to watch the bats fly around our garden in the summer with the Gruesome Twosome.

Great, Sho! Now get a bat detector and listen to them too
Changed that, Azara, thanks! There is no order to how they're listed - it it difficult to do it by size, as many cross over and estimates vary depending on the source, and population estimates are quite hard to find and are not very precise. I couldn't think of a way to order them, to be honest

Your Guide Entry has just been picked from Peer Review by one of our Scouts, and is now heading off into the Editorial Process, which ends with publication in the Edited Guide. We've therefore moved this Review Conversation out of Peer Review and to the entry itself.
If you'd like to know what happens now, check out the page on 'What Happens after your Entry has been Recommended?' at EditedGuide-Process. We hope this explains everything.
Thanks for contributing to the Edited Guide!
