Well, J'au-æmne suggested the method... so I didn't argue. We tossed a coin for each team - every "heads" was a goal, and the first "tails" meant that we moved on to the next team (so e.g. Argentina got "tails" straightaway, whereas England got three "heads" before a "tails")... and then I chose the scorers.
Seems to have worked about as well as usual, which says something about my predicting ability.

Well that was a pretty poor show, unless your name happens to be riotact or McKay
There was a common theme of folk picking two wins and two draws for the League games. Unfortunately in almost every case, they got it the wrong way around. Heigh-ho, this happens I suppose...
Anyway, congratulations to riotact who's got a pretty tasty 10 points, including a full house, and is this week's winner and new competition leader 
Also a special mention for McKay who's 8 points sends him 3 places up the table.
