Women are also strange creatures. They are frequently to be observed in clothing emporia on any planet, possibly an attempt to overcome toplessness. The odd thing is that they will insist on grasping the bottom of a garment, holding it at arms length, and pulling it as far from the rack as possible whilst it remains attached. This takes up maximum space, but affords a view along the garment much akin to lying on the ground and looking up at the same garment when worn by said female persons.
Strangely this is not a favoured observation posture. adopting this is likely to result is serious injuries caused by kicking or by perambulator wheels.

Women are strange, but more in the way they think than in what they think of men.

The idea that men pay large sums of money to see women topless or (heaven forfend) naked is silly - they merely pay whatever is necessary. They aren't after a particular pair of breasts, nor are they looking for a perfect pair: any at all would be welcome. Nudity itself is not an object either, because the ultimate object - as even women are frequently prepared to acknowledge and in some cases play upon - is sex. Men like to see women naked because they want to have sex with them. The fact that they are so often disappointed in this desire is the glue which holds society together.

The only way to disprove this idea, however, is to compare an alternative glue to hold society together, and rampant sexuality is not nearly as effective as innuendo - or satire, for that matter.
