It is north of Peterborough, on either side of the Otonabee River (if I had a scanner, I'd give you a map). Otonabee College is on the East side, and Lady Eaton and Champlain Colleges are on the West. Otonabee is home to the "streets" which are in actuality, not scenes of urban warfare, but residences for students. They are called the "streets" because they are designed like a street. "Houses" are next door to each other and each "house" holds around 30 students. (I think.)
Lady Eaton College (where I'm staying) was once called "The Nunnery" as it was previously a female dorm. Now it is a co-ed dorm, so the Nunnery doesn't really apply anymore. That doesn't stop other colleges from calling it that, mind you. It has two sections: North and South. I live in South 245B. (It's a double room.) In fact, it's called the party double, but that comes later.
Champlain College is probably the most beautiful, architecturally. Otonabee is so cliché, Lady Eaton is built like, well, a Nunnery, but Champlain is a work of art. By this I mean that there are structures that have no other purpose other than to be aesthetically pleasing. It is designed around the idea of staircases, so instead of mainly horizontal buildings, they are vertical.
These colleges comprise the Symon's Campus.
That's about all I feel like writing right now, so I will add more later.
Tip for the wise: Stay away from the caf food if you can avoid it.
