A strike force of cyber-mercenaries from a distant planet. They come four to a military unit - the purple Leader, the red Officer, the yellow Scientist, and the green Enforcer. They come to prepare planets for subjugation, but on Earth, they encountered something new - television. As soon as their ship entered the photosphere of Earth, television signals interfered with their bio-technology, lobotomizing them all and reducing them to the intelligence of infants. Now, whenever the home base tries to communicate with them via the large windmill thingy, the transmission gets corrupted, and they end up conversing with Mexican children about jumping. The Earth, once again, is safe.
