Tampons

2 Conversations

Tampons are small rolls of pressed cotton with a string attached. Women use them to catch the blood during their menstruation. Most of them are inserted directly in the vagina, some (especially in the US) have applicator, which should make insertion easier. When full they are pulled out with the string which keeps hanging out.
