As an experienced runner, i felt that i would be qualified to write this article after i noticed that there is a tremendous lack of information about the sport/hobbie of running on h2g2. Check it out, i'd appreciate any additional information you have...

I'd say headers and stuff in GuideML would be good... and try emphasising the plus points of running too - fitness -> less chance of dieing of heart attacks, etc, etc.
Plus the idea of social running, and 'fun runs'?

If you want any info on the top level competitive end of Running give me a shout. This is the basics to get people going but there is the Track etiquette and stuff to be added if you want to make it definitive.
