It really is a good recipie. There are many other ways to do a cheeseburger- this is just the only good way I've heard of to do it with lunchmeat!

This sounds really tasty, but I'm sort of dubious about calling this a cheeseburger. Burgers in my experience always contain ground meat of some kind (buffalo, deer, chicken, beef).
This sounds more like it is a toasted cheese and meat sandwich. A grilled cheese and ham sandwich is rather good and a staple in our house when we have tomato soup.
I'd rather see you re-title this entry and focus on making it a 'grilled cheese and meat sandwich' entry instead of a 'low-grease cheeseburger'.
Though the overall writing was good.
