Seeking to prevent late night car park incursions the organisation who own the place have decided to erect something akin to a makeshift Berlin Wall of wire and wood around the clear spaces on the ground and first floors. Those planning on making a swift entrance with a leg-up are likely to find their careers in child-rearing rudely cut-off short.
