A Conversation for Talking Point: Inventions and Time Travel
I thank the result would be confuse
A Relativ Preysis travells back in the time Started conversation Sep 6, 2000
Think, what would happen, if we would bring ANY human invention back in time. For example the telephone. What would happen with Bell. He would have nothing to invent. And all the future, from this point in time on would be changed. And apart from that, the history up to this point would also be different.
So, I don't say this is bad. But it could happen, that after this changes, the time machine would not be invited. And so, the telephone could never be brought back...
So I think, that the result of time travelling would be, that evrthing would change again and again and again. But I don't really think its bad, because if somebody never has been born, he does not die, he just does not exist.
ANd also, from were do we know, that the world in which we are living, exists as long as we think? It could been created 2seconds ago...
