Er... don't you have them in an 'Edit' menu? Or if you click the right mousebutton? Or by pressing Ctrl-x for cut, Ctrl-c for copy on your keyboard?

My browser is Internet Explorer.
Question: Does the file Sharing & Web sharing need to be on to do this?

Have you selected the text you want to copy?
I don't think file/web sharing has anything to do with this.

Kid, it's not clear what you are trying to do. Forgive me if I have this wrong, but are you trying to cut and paste a picture for your personal page?
You need to highlight the actual code from here, not the picture itself. If you then click on the right button on your mouse you should have the "copy" bit highlighted. Then paste the code when you edit your own page.
The Guide ML clinic is an excellent place to go for help, or just keep asking questions and hopefully someone will see it.

You can't 'cut' from a web page, stick to the copy command.
