Those are not all prime numbers. 8 is not prime.
It is a sequence of numbers, though the name of the series I do not know. it progresses like this:

nothing + 1 = 1
1 + 1 = 2
1 + 2 = 3
2 + 3 = 5
3 + 5 = 8
5 + 8 = 13

It's called Fibonacci-numbers.

The next numbers in the sequence are 21, 34 and 55 - not prime either!
