Hi Sho,
As long as there's a suitable image available, you should be able to add it to your entry.
If you go to the section on adding images in the GuideML Clinic, there are instructions on how to do this.

The text you need to paste into the appropriate section of the GuideML of your entry is shown to the right of each picture in the library.
