Quite a lot of the items apply to real life too.
"The Mayor/President/Doctor will see you now" is the obvious one, since secretaries are generally paid to say that. And most of the military ones, since they speak in cliches to avoid confusion.

"No, wait - there's a ventilation grille over there" is a sad exception. I've started to see it even in British-made films and T.V. programmes, and it's not like we even have any ventilation shafts.
Considering it's such a cliche, they might make all ventilation shafts smaller than human size soon, for security. Or maybe they already have, but the filmmakers didn't notice.
