Ignore my comment about living at the bottom of someone's garden. I now see you have a cottage of your own.

Hi Dr John! That's alright, you probably mistook me for a little fairy, but I'm almost human-sized...
Where do you keep Nimrod, at the stables or does he have a stable of his own by your cottage?

He lives in the meadow that is an extension of my garden. There are two horses there ... the black one is Nimrod, the white one is Binky, Susan's horse (see Terry Pratchett's Discworld series for details on Susan and Binky).
If the weather is cold, then he'll be in the stables at the back of my house. But, since it seems to be permanent summertime here in the village, check the meadow first.
