To whom it may concern,
At http://www.h2g2.com/A423767 you will find a startingly-good entry about lamburgers.
Two reasons why this entry should be accepted into the Edited Guide.
1/ To banish world hunger for ever.
2/ Assist in getting rid of New Zealand's depressing balance-of-payments deficit.
I remain etc...

Hi.
A great article about a lovely food. I make my own lamburgers quite regularly cos they taste much better than the ground bull scrotum served by a certain golden-arched fast-'food' chain.
I think this article has a valid place in the edited guide, though may I be so bold as to suggest maybe adding a comparison between lamburgers and beefburgers from a health perspective (eg lamburgers are groovy cos they contain less saturated fat than beefburgers and thats why they should be eaten). Obviously not in those words
I think I may treat myself to a lamburger this weekend...

Adam, thanks for your kind words. I have added a couple of lines about the health aspect.

I have a feeling that in the next ten years, lamburgers will become a lot more popular: BSE is likely to be as bad as everybody says it is (ie hundreds of thousands of cases, or even millions, world wide).
A switch to lamb? I think so... until the next epidemic of Scrapie...

Plus sheep have the added advantage of growing wool so we could see a return of some of those exciting clothes from the 70s.
Now where did I put my duffle coat?
