I've just adjusted it a little, to help explain it a bit more, and I've put a pole in across the top, to kind of make the badges look like flags hanging off it

Mind if I make a small observation?

In Netscape, the drop down lists only drop down one line, so you only see one researcher's name at a time and get extremely tiny up and down scroll buttons. If you select a link from the list and then return to the page, it works perfectly from then on.

Yep, sorry, I know about that one. I have absolutly no idea as to why Nutscrape does that. It worked fine until I GuideMLed the code, so I can only try and pass the blame there.

I really like the drop-down menu. I have a niggling concern, though, that the user of all the volunteer banners will make casual visitors think the person in question is a member of *all* the volunteer groups.

I'm probably over-reacting here, but there you go.

Not only that, but if you simply go to the threads and then back to the page, it also works nicely.
