If you saw your mirror image holding a letter 'd' in your left hand, what would you, in actuality, be doing?

Oh ox, please let that not be the correct answer! I need to get joint first with Coelacanth, cause i won't be on over the weekend!

*strolls in with a red rose between her teeth*
*tucks the rose behind her ear and says*
I'd be holding an upside down 9 in my right hand.
Don't cry, Babel. Isn't ox sweet?

I'd be looking at my reflection as I opened a glass door, and silently weeping because I had just gotten off the phone with Verizon customer service, who informed me that my DSL connection could not be reconnected until October 10, resulting in a sure drop in my ranking at the H2IQ quiz.
Oh yes, the "D" is the door handle.

Surely I'd be holding a letter 'd' in my left hand, wouldn't I?

Its late, but I HAD to look at your question of course... I would be holding the letter 'b' in my left hand..
Hell it's my birthday tomorrow and I'm already partied out...

I would be wondering why I was holding a letter in my hand while looking in the mirror. And trying to figure out why it wasn't a beer instead.

I'd be holding a box of tissues because I can't be around to enter the quiz and I'm going to lose my top space on the score board soon.

And then we would all see in our reflection that in our other hand was a birthday card for Honeybee.
Happy birthday.
The "D" is actually a half-eaten birthday doughnut.
