I'm here, but would have been too slow to get that one, even if I had been here on time, because I'm sure we covered the subject and came up with another one in the British English Thread.... wouldn't bet on it though, but where else could you expect to find it?

I think it has been in several places on h2g2, I think maybe it first showed up in ANDITQTI then got talked about in some other thread and somebody pointed out the guide entry. That was how I knew there was an entry on it, sadly I don't have the encylopedic knowledge my previous answer might have suggested...
