I do wish you would reconsider. Your writings are fascinating. I know you have a fund of stories you can't write about, which is a great pity, but I, for one will really miss your column.

I do understand that sometimes you feel it is too much effort - I feel that sometimes myself - but it is a discipline that I welcome, as it is so easy to drift in to doing nothing much, until even the essential daily tasks are too much. As you know, my other half has the same condition as Mark ll, and even though I cannot be classed as a carer - yet - I am very conscious that I must try and make something of my own life, and have time to myself, and you must do the same. I do hope the help you are getting, is a help, eventually.

I know the computer has been a lifeline and an outlet for you so I hope you won't give up on us, even if you only do the occasional article and give us something to look forward to now and again.

Since Rich tells us that you have written 150 or so, perhaps could rerun some of the earlier ones for us, before we get withdrawal symptoms. I am sure many people will have missed the early ones, as I did.

Anyway, I have said my piece and i will leave it to you to think it over. Take care, and don't leave us altogether please.
