When I'm shopping & I can't find what I want, or if I'm just generally feeling down, I buy a new colour nailvarnish.

And then go home & carefully do my nails, prefereably in front of the telly...

I do a similar thing, and try to paint my nails every Sunday evening. Its very relaxing, spending half an hour filing and painting, and insisting that other people make the tea, and roll the ciggies, cos you don't want smudging...

I have plenty of different colours, red, green, black, blue, silver and gold, but mostly just keep buying slightly different shades of purple.
