Take one Up-and-over pump action Twelve gauge Shot Gun and sit in one large leather upholstered Deluxe Executive Swivel Chair placed in the centre of a room whose walls are covered in Swiss Cook-coo Clocks all set to go off at different times, make eyes into narrow cunning slits...and wait. I haven't been able to afford to do it yet, but I do get a lot of pleasure just thinking about it.
