Hi folks,
Here's a quick explanation of what happens to entries when they're successfully picked by the Scouts. As soon as the entry is accepted from the Scout's recommendation, a copy of it is made, and it's the status of *that* entry which changes as it goes through the Subbing process.
In this case, the original entry was A411328 (i.e. this one), and the copy that was made was A593633. If you go and look at that entry (the copy), you can see it has the 'Recommended' tag on it because it's currently out with a Subeditor. When it comes back in-house, it'll change to 'pending', then it'll magically appear on the Front Page.
For some reason (we think because it was one of the last entries to be picked under the old system), the thread was moved out of Peer Review, but managed not to get a posting on the end of the thread saying it had been moved.
It's all in-hand now, though, and out with one of our best Subs. No worries.
