Hi there!
It looks like you've submitted quite a few entries to Peer Review on your first day here at h2g2. Usually, it's a good idea to focus on one or two at a time -- especially while you're still getting used to the site, but it's good advice no matter how long you've been here. 
As far as this entry in particular goes, I see rather a lot of incorrect information. An example would be this phrase here: "it seems to me that it cannot be physically prevented since it has no biological cause..." It's not true that there's no biological cause, and it's also untrue that there are no effective preventive strategies. It's also untrue that there are no environmental risk factors for this type of cancer -- the fact that there can be genetic risk factors by no means rules out other types of risk factors.
As you seem quite interested in contributing to our Edited Guide here at h2g2, it would be a good idea for you to become familiar with the Writing-Guidelines.
