That privilege (at Wembley anyway, which is the only place I've ever seen him perform) only goes to those sitting in what would be the stalls of a regular theatre, and those seats are all snapped up by the diehard members of his fan club even before the dates are announced to the public. I do know someone who has though, and twice 
If you're the chosen one, you get a video of the occasion, signed by Barry Manilow to keep and cherish
