It might be on the list I've been compiling for a week or two. Now that the frenzy is over I can submit some moves, and if this isn't on the list I'll add it.

As far as I'm aware, I don't think we've received any Moves Lists since before we started the PR Frenzy. Now it's over, I'm sure we'll be able to tackle any outstanding moves that you lovely people have identified for us! smiley - smiley

Well in my own experience, as a college going male, American women, can also be both nice and also extremely ... reptillian, at the same time. Depends what kind of person you're talking about.
Generally, unless you're some sorta Mr. popularity/bigshot, it is thus unlikely, to become "well liked" by a "social climber", no?

I've never been accepted by anyone before, and the first two dates I've ever gotten to have with anyone, were both somewhat by accident; In fact, one of them involved spilling hot coffee (on myself).

No, really.

emmily, maybe he was mainly just referring to that stereotypical type, the kind that tend to go after "slimeballs" of people? Y'know "the women who like jerks"?

I'm certain that there are some people, somewhere, as it is entirely not unheard of, who are perfectly fine w/meeting and dating, sensitive-insecure fellers, but I doubt that many of those few, would actually be willing to tell people about it... y'know? It just isn't much heard of, outside of storybooks.
smiley - tongueincheek

I wanna just say that both genders have problems (w/themselves, as well as with eachother)... now Can everybody move on?
Did it get moved into the Alternative Writing Forum-thingy?

Usually though, they are not literally both at the same time,_ at the same time though.
The human condition is quite often such, that_ liking someone back, may often scare them away... sometimes. smiley - skull
smiley - sorry, that's just kinda _the way that it is, for some people.

Hey, I haven't even dated anybody that much, and I think I may have reached the nugget w/in the crux of te mess...
That dating is/kinda and can be,_ sort-of impossible.
For a # of reasons, & a number of possible standpoints.
Perhaps it would more likely go under a "the pitfalls of" sort of an entry?
Hmm...

anhaga

as I mentioned a few years ago:

Having had long experience of the damaging emotional, psychological and physical effects of close association with a sufferer of mental illness, as well as having experienced the destruction of a family due to that mental illness, and having experienced life-threatening situations due to that person's mental illness, I find it very uncomfortable to consider the labelling of all women 'insane' as some sort of joke. It is an unfortunate minimisation of the tragedy that is mental illness as well as being an intollerable bigotted generalization akin to such wonderful jokes as all Jews are money-grubbers, all Spaniards are lazy, all Americans are stupid and overweight, or all French people are cheese-eating surrender monkeys.

My comments remain true today.
