So, firstly, define reasonably. I'll tell you if I fit the bill and still want to be a Guru.

Reasonably is an intentionally vague term. 
The basic idea is to have gurus who know their way around hootoo, and are able to answer questions - especially over at U295.
No guru is expected to know everything about all areas of hootoo. I'd hazard that we each know enough to answer the basic newbie questions on just about any aspect of hootoo, and most of us have areas in which we know quite a bit more -- some are GuideML experts, etc.
