You would need to switch your page to Guide-ML when you edit it (option buttons at bottom of contents entry box). This means you will have to change the way you add smileys but you also get to add bigger blobs with the PICTURE tag. Some blobs are animated images so they already move. Other things, depending on your browser, can be made to move with the MARQUEE tag.
