Reading - Interesting mix of upper class snobs, and drug barrons... smiley - bigeyes

It USED to be the "Royal County of Berkshire" but sinse they split it into unitary authorities, it sadly no longer is... smiley - sadface
The once proud "Shire Hall" building built on a hill near the M4 J11 is now a Foster Wheeler building (Civ Engineers).
