Reading - Interesting mix of upper class snobs, and drug barrons...
It USED to be the "Royal County of Berkshire" but sinse they split it into unitary authorities, it sadly no longer is...
The once proud "Shire Hall" building built on a hill near the M4 J11 is now a Foster Wheeler building (Civ Engineers).

see BYC (Berkshire Youth Chior) winners of Sainsbury's Chior of the Year 1996 and Youth Chior of the Year 2000
