Happy Little Elf - Who's your favourite Dave? Posted Oct 3, 2002
I'd guessed you were. I've started to place the details on the 2002 meet-up page (now the 2003 meet up page).

There's two of them. Bill Stickers and Bill Posters and according to the flyers around town they're both going to be prosecuted. They're innocent though and need this prooving.

Hi all - I've been suffering from dead PCs.
Gaol (I refuse to spell it j... the other way) has had a profound affect on the nation's literal heritage, indeed, many of the country's finest poets have been in prison at some point or other.
Oscar Wilde wrote "The Ballad Of Reading Gaol" whilst in Reading Gaol.
John Bunyan wrote "Pilgrim's Progress".
Sir William D'Avenant, godson and possible bastard of William Shakespeare, wrote "Gondibert" whilst imprisoned in Cowes Castle, although he died before he finished it.
So yes, send 2 innocent people to gaol - it'll do 'em good!

"No pain, no gain"...?
BTW - are we talking about hypothetical persons here or RL persons who are, perhaps, known? And are we talking about UK prisons with Sky TV and pantomimes by Jeffrey Archer, or ones abroad with no toilets and with torture instead???
