They should be ethnically diverse, a woman, have some kind of minor disability and be a mix of experienced and highly educated.
At least that's what my employer thinks...

I think you are making a very good point: diversity for me is the key of balance, and "diversity" does not usually sit into ONE person.
So let's keep enough presidentS around the world so that maybe one or two of them still do a decent job.
My granny would say "don't you put all of them eggs into one basket!"
