Remove from Peer Review not working properly

I've now had two different researchers not be able to remove their entries from review forums -- one in PR and one in the FM, using different skins, on different days, and using different methods. Each time, they both received messages that
"The following error occurred: You do not have permission to move the thread."
Here are the two threads in question -- in both cases the authors would like them moved back to the entry, but haven't been able to do so:
F48874?thread=513346
F74125?thread=539543
The only pattern I see is that in both cases, the entry was originally submitted by someone other than the author -- but previously, researchers have still been able to remove their entries if someone else submitted them. I tried submitting one of my own entries to the Flea Market, and was able to remove it without a problem.
nb: I've cross-posted this to the scouts yahoo group, in case that will make getting the threads moved easier.

I've just removed both threads from the review forums. It looks like a new bug in the last update, which we'll look at when we're back at work. At least editors are still able to move the threads.

Hi there
just encountered the same problem in the AWW. Again it's the author not being able to remove an entry submitted for review by someone else.
