Do we have a problem??

My userspace keeps disappearing, so do my conversations lists when I can read my userspace!
Then everyone else's pages disappear too. Finally, I got booted off the site, and apparently my login name and password were invalid. I'm finally back in, but for how long?
Do we have a problem??

Ditto to Mistdancer's problem, and its probably the the third time in a couple of weeks. I got back in touch after a reload of my PC, but that's just as likely to be the result of a significant time delay.

Extreme server loading. I'll know more tomorrow, when I can look at the logs. It's all fine now.

Server overload? I've never seen more than 100 people connected.

Or, more likely, the main BBC servers are overloaded, or the load-balancer isn't working.

We also (quite often) get spidered by search engine robots who ignore the tags we've put in to stop them doing it. Not much anyone can do about that, really...
