A Hitchhikers index to useful open source materials

With so many people posting useful web links to various open source materials on their personal space (e.g. Cactus just posted a link for free access to Philip K Dicks novels), it would be beneficial to have this info available to all hootooers. So I foresee some sort of dedicated forum where people can go and submit their useful bits of knowledge regarding access to open source materials and then having some editor review it and then incorporate it into the H2G2 index of useful open source materials.

I've thought this for a while, and wrote about some recently discovered sources in recent journals. I guess it just needs someone to set it up. I'll see what I can do in January.
