A tree view for conversations, similar to the tree view in file explorers

There was a tree view at one time, back when the site was only viewable in Classic Goo, and the forums and threads were all frames navigated. This was got rid of in favour of the navigation gadget (set your user mode preferences to expert to see it).
Frames are ugly anyway, the site runs better without them in my opinion.
