Is there yet a way to search for keywords amongst the forums and discussions? For example, there are over 10500 conversations now in Ask H2G2; is there a way to search for specific subjects?

If you use <./>search</.> you should be able to select the option to search conversations. You enter keywords just as you would for pages but words which are in the title of a post will not be found. I don't know if there is any planned fix for this slight drawback. The other problems are quoted strings and punctuation not working.

That's OK. The speediness depends on when people happen to look at conversation lists though and whether it is necessary to verify anything. So it varies a lot. It took me a bit longer to notice you this time.
