And I am also delighted to see that - at some time over the past two years someone has rigged things up so that if you write an entry, you are automatically subscribed to it.
I often used to forget to "click here to be notified of new conversations about this entry" and missed a whole lot of people's converations on things I had written.
On one occasion I mentioned this in feedback, so perhaps I was heard. Although, if I was, I wonder why the other points I mentioned didn't get changed, too.

How did I find it now...? I think I was lurking elsewhere and saw your link to it. No idea why I was lurking there - maybe it was in an 'Ask' thread? Or a convo on someone's PS?
Do you know, I'm not 100% sure, but I hope you don't mind me nosying about.

Finally getting a chance to log on after travelling back to Luxembourg, then getting up early to fly to the UK for a job innerview, then down to the ageing parentfolk for the evening.
I know LS is doing an entry on the meet for next week's Post , so she'll probably link to this as well.
I'm going to try to get my photos up tonight.

How's everyone else doing with theirs?

Gosh, real sight-seeing pix, as opposed to groups of people boozing pix
Drool thread, moi? No, I don't think it was actually, although I have been there in the past
Who cares - I'm being your wider audience!

Sho - employed again! Posted Mar 31, 2005
I'll upload my photos tomorrow (both of them... including the Infamous Pie Photo ) now I'm back...
nice write up - I love to see it spelled Coblence - much less Eastern European Looking than using the K & Z combo.
But why, now I have updated my name, do I still show up as Black & Decker woman?

Glad you had a good meet - and even gladder Sho is back amongst us!
We visited Koblenz a few years ago - and ate the best Thai meal of our lives in a wee restaurant a stone's throw from the Eck.
We were on our way back to Rotterdam from Munchen and stopped near Koblenz to stay break the journey. The landlady of the B&B looked like Spike from Tom & Jerry.

I've uploaded my pictures. My AOL page is playing silly beggars, so I can't correct any typos

Excellent pics, Sho! And glad to here that you're better. I particularly like the bonnet picture! Surely that constitutes child abuse these days?

Help! How do I get over the ampersand problem? (There's an ampersand in Reddyfreddy's photos) I know they tell you somewhere but I can't be bothered to start looking for the moment. So if anyone knows without looking it up....

I've given Shazz links directly to Sho's and RF's pix, as well as yours and my entries - sorry if that was a bit premature of me
...but don't tear your hair out over the ampersand thingy (the answer's in GuideML clininc and I can never remember either...)

I found it quite quickly and even managed to get it right first time. Entry is now finished.

we went out, from the office, for lunch yesterday. All 31 of us. To a rather nice Korean place in Ratingen.
And I nearly caused our car to crash, as we turned onto the street where the restaurant is. On the corner is a clothing shop, painted ochre, with bright blue lettering. And the name of the shop?

I thought you weren't supposed to eat Korean - did you just have a bowl of rice?
