being involved in customer relations for a well known mobile phone service provider i couldn`t agree more with this comment. we (customer service advisors) may as well be drones wired into the switchboard, we live in areas of high unemployment allowing the employers to treat us pretty much how they like and so shouting at us will not do any good. i have a personal motto regarding this
"politeness costs nothing, rudeness will cost you about thirty quid!"
you have been warned.
