Ok, diarrhoea should be known (although I hope no-one is *familiar* with it). Its most obvious symptom is, er..., an excessive 'flow' of waste products.
'logos' is Greek for 'word'.
Thus, Logorrhoea denotes someone with an excessive flow of words, or, to put it bluntly, who cannot keep their mouth shut.
