If you put STYLE="Filter:Progid:DXImageTransform.Microsoft.Glow( Strength=15,Color=orange )" in a table tag then that table will have a glitter-like glow to it.

I'm not seeing a glow in either Firefox or IE6.

Go to A2334007, I've used it a lot there. At the top of the page there's a black box with moving writing in it. The writing should be surrounded by an orange glow.
