If the judge did rule that the law should be changed - how can it since On Monday Parliament will de dissolved?
I liked the fact that David Blunkett thinks I.D cards will solve election fraud.

Trying to add extra caveats. Mind you a pension book, driving licence, passport or seamans or army card seem to be sufficient in Northern Ireland to prevent fraud.
Although I can see a need for production of a ID when checking out Labour council candidates.
