not long now, and if people haven't got contact details of anyone else who's goign it'd be a good idea to get hold of one or two fellow resurchers mobile numbers, so no one is left wondering round central London not knowing where the pub 
is 
If anyone wants my mobile then if I'm Emailed at [email protected] with the subject/title 'h2G2 meet' then I can hopfully pick em up and reply; oh, please say who you are in the Email, H2G2 name would be good as well as I might not know you from your real name
