h2g2 The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy: Earth Edition

Okay, I'm sure that some of you miss the fact that you can no longer play along with many of the games that TB had going. One of the biggest being the quotes game, so I thought it would be a good idea to revive this much loved game.

The rules are simple. There's a quote and you have to name the episode and character. Hers's an easy one to start.

"Oh Buffy! You really need to have every square inch of your a** kicked"

I think that's right isn't it? I know it's Willow in the final episodes of s.6 - have I got the right episode?

I'll give us another one:

''Our's is a forbidden love.''

Huh - what is the grammatically correct way to write 'ours'? Wit or without the apostrophe?

Anyway, I'm sure a few will get it. I'll check back later.

I think "Ours is a forbidden love" is from Lie To Me when Willow is sarcastically talking about her and Angel.

Here's a very short one for you all:

"Bel-gium!"

Yes, mine was indeed from Lie to Me and indeed was Willow. Wow, what a shock that mine was from that episode.

And, unless I'm very much mistaken, 'Bel-gium' is Xander in Dead Man's Party.

Okay, another from me:

''A bear! You made a bear!''

If I'm not to mistaken that would be Spike from 'Something Blue'. And may I say one of the Buffy-verses funniest episodes.

Another short one.

Have to say I'm liking these short quotes a little more - makes you think a bit harder! But that one's from Graduation Day Part II, I think, when Xander is talking about Wesley.

Despite what I just said, here's a longer one:

"They never just leave. Always gotta say something."

I believe that's a Buffy quote and it would be from 'Band Candy'

Hmmm, now to think of one of my own...okay, here it is:

I think you'll probably get that one pretty quickly, but it's all I could think of off the top of my head.

Almost right with that. I'll give it to you though, as I actually got the quote a little wrong. It's actually 'You two are the two who are the two, I'm the other one'. It was The Yoko Factor, but it was Willow.
