Yes, Pherry Rhodan had to be mentioned here. I personally like the beginnig of the series, when humanity has to hide from much more powerfull enemies and all really big ships of the teranian fleet are just stolen from someone else (the Stardust II, the Ganymed and the Titan).
To be more complete, you also should mention this terrible trashy Pherry Rhodan movie...
