What happened to the old Classic Goo Fan Club logo?

When the BBC took over h2g2 we were no longer allowed to link to offsite graphics. As the logos were offsite, we lost them. The new ones are quite though, don't you think?
I regret losing the one that could only be viewed in Goo, but that's life.

No, I *don't* like the new ones, in fact. They're too plain. I want a logo, not just a slogan, and the Goo buttons look wrong out of context.
Having said that, the old "don't panic!" button is much better than the new "Help!" one.

Have we lost the old ones entirely then? Surely they must be languishing on somebody's hard disc somewhere.

Yes, they are. They are on Redbeard's, linked from the page, but I haven't seen him back for a looooooooong time.

Anyone know his email address?

I'm assuming he won't have checked his h2g2 mailbox...

I don't think those email addresses work anymore anyway.
However, I have just realised that the links Redbeard gave me for the logos still exist, so I'll give you the URLs so you can copy them.
I'll put them on the fan club entry, just give me five minutes. I don't know why I didn't think of it before...

Actually, I'll just check with the italics first, as they might object to the logo being used, and I don't want the page moderated.
